What file formats do you accept for logos and artwork?
We accept AI, EPS, PDF, SVG, and high-resolution PNG files. Vector artwork is preferred because it provides the best print and embroidery quality. If your artwork needs adjustments, our team can help prepare it for production.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
Minimum quantities depend on the product and decoration method. Embroidery is available for smaller orders, while screen printing and certain promotional products may require minimum quantities. Contact us with your project details, and we will recommend the best option.
How long does it take to complete an order?
Most orders are completed within approximately two weeks after the artwork, sizes, quantities, and payment arrangements have been approved. Turnaround times may vary depending on product availability and order size. Rush service may be available for time-sensitive projects.
Will I receive a mock-up before my order is produced?
Yes. We provide a digital mock-up for your review and approval before production begins. This allows you to confirm the logo placement, colors, design, and overall appearance of the finished product.
